One barely used Camelbak flowmeter with instructions. The meter can be set to :
Measure the amount of fluid consumed
Set a hydration goal
Measure elapsed time
Measure remaining amount of fluid
Estimated time to empty
I very quickly discovered that I was not as interested in knowing exactly how much I'd consumed as I thought that I would be.
Installation is simple. Cut the drink tube in the right place. Use the flow meter to join the two pieces together. Use the enclosed instructions to set up the meter. Fill the drinks bladder and away you go.
