Campagnolo Athena eps- different cassette?

I have been looking for a new bike, one in fancy has the campagnolo Athena eps 11 speed, 53/39 and 12/25 cassette.
How does it work with electronic gears if I wanted to change the cassette to say a 28 ish? Does it need adjusting, if so does anyone know if this has to be done?

Like with normal gears, check the chain is the right length. You may need a new chain with an additional link for a larger cassette.

Athena EPS has been discontinued in favour of Chorus EPS- make sure you're not paying over the odds.

The Athena is on a bianchi sempre pro, it is reduced but after looking too much over budget.
Same bike but with veloce is about £800 cheaper, more realistic.
Quite fancy the ribble sportive racing, and comes in at just over £1000.
