Please take a moment to ask TfL to remove the Operator's Licence for Waterloo Cars who always have cars parked on the yellow line in the mandatory cycle lane of Cycling Superhighway 7 on Southwark Bridge Road. See http://kenningtonpob.blogspot.com/search/label/Waterloo Cars for details.

Please pass on to all cyclists who use this route.

Together, through acting independently, we will effect change.

Please reply to this post if you've taken action, pour encourager les autres.

Have you tried speaking to them (CBA to read your blog)?

I complained about a licensed minicab company in Tooting that flouted parking/loading restrictions on CS7 - basically I was told they would monitor the situation. I've been monitoring the situation myself since highlighting the issue with TFL and the constant transgressions continue apace.

Back to Waterloo Cabs - they don't give a monkey's. What's particularly galling is that this is one of the few mandatory lanes on CS7 that is also 2 metres wide, and it is continually blocked by cabs. I'll contact TFL about this. This reminds me, I was going to compile a list of things that don't work very well on CS7, film the problems and then submit it to TFL - this is one issue to add to the film.

BTW, I like the info about Brook Drive and parking - anything that can be done to improve that corridor should be welcomed (sinusoidal ramps were an improvement), but the width of the road combined with the on street parking (particularly from Austral St onwards) makes it an unpleasant experience when faced with oncoimg traffic.
