Just a heads up for anyone local.

They're using explosives to demolish this landmark at exactly 8.00am on sunday.
Parking is available opposite in the B&Q carpark, although you're advised to arrive early.

I'm mountain biking in from 15 miles away as i know i can get in a far better position "cross country" than any of those pesky car drivers can.
Better wear my hard hat rather than the cycle helmet though.

We used to go from St Ives to a caravan in Hunstanton.

The Campbells tower and the storage silo painted to look like a can were landmarks that we were on the last stretch!

I heard this morning on Norfolk that the tower is coming down tomorrow

Hundreds of people from the area are expected to turn out to watch the demolition.

If it was later in the day than 8 a.m. it might have been thousands.
