If Patrick Schills is involved then the builder could well have been Jan Kole from Goes in Holland. He built and supplied many frames to the trade both here in the UK and abroad. The last time I looked he has switched production to China but still builds in steel in a modern factory. I sold a frame for a friend a few years ago which was originally supplied by Mel Bentley in Leeds and which Mel told me was built by Jan Kole. It had several similarities to the one shown here especially the way the seat stays blend into the seat lug. The 'B' on the forks probably means 'BioRacer'.

Missed the 'B' on the rear brake bridge info. This could well make the frame a Billato from Italy. They made frames for Lemond, Concorde and many other top brands.
