Can anyone help?

I will be flying from Gatwick on the 21st December and I will be travelling down from Aberdeen the evening before.

However, I've been let down in my booked accommodation I had and I cannot find anything affordable for 1 night near Gatwick. I was wondering if anyone here on CC who lives close to Gatwick has a spare sofa that I could crash out on for the night? I will be away early next morning as I have to be at Gatwick by 7.30am. I will bring Cake and a beverage of your choice.

A cheeky request I know but I hope someone can help. Thanks.
