Can anyone identify this tree?

Spotted this lovely tree just now, near Newmarket High Street. I'm usually fairly OK at identifying tree spp. but not sure about this one.

It's pretty big, about the size of a mature horse chestnut- maybe 100ft or so. Pretty sue it's non-native, possibly Asian or N. American, perhaps a walnut type tree (though the 'fruit' kind of resembles ash keys), but that's about as far as I can guess. I suspect it's deciduous but looks still in full leaf. Any ideas?

The leaf spine is reddish, not seen that on ash before and the individual leaves look much bigger than ash. Also the 'keys' look wrong shape for native British ash- some exotic thing maybe?

That looks like it Dave top work - what an attractive tree. Surprised more don't get planted in the UK.
