The tea leaf is brave. All it takes is one nutter to leave a bait bottle deliberately contaminated with something unpleasant and you're on the loo for days at best, brown bread at worst.

A machine gun nest where the camera is situated would be good.

You could have so much fun with thiz but not be there to see the results.

Bait bottles are the answer. Rinse them with white gloss paint and fill them with whatever you want when they are dry. Or just add a strong laxative or super strong chilli powder to the milk. It would be interesting to see how the thief would report you to the police.

But all they will do is steal your wooden bottles. Will the milkman not hide them sonewhere? Or put a cctv sign up.

We don't live right on the street like the victim but our front door is 30 feet away and we've had milk stolen a few times, even though the milkman delivers at about 5 am. I solved it by making a wooden box with a raising lid to hide the bottles from passers-by.
