Can anyone recommend any Photobook site?

I'm looking to create one for a present - I'm usually hopeless at getting around to printing photos.

I downloaded one - from Tesco's just to see what it was like, and I have decided I like the concept, though the Tesco's one isn't flexible enough - it seems photos must be a standard shape (tending towards landscape). So I am looking to find one that I can crop the photos which ever ratio I like, and that cope with the fact that probably 55% of my photos are portrait in format. I would also like to be able to put a simple outline (not fancy leopod skin print) around some of the photos.

Has anyone ever produced ones of these book, and if so do you recommend the site you used? Or is it a site worth stearing clear of.

If someone doesn't help me soon I will have to keep on downloading different versions.

I've used Snapfish many times, should do everything you want.

I did a wicked one on Asda.com for our bike trip this year. There was a great offer on so I got a 60 page book for about £25.

It did take a long time to pull it together but I was honestly delighted with the result.

I think I'm legally (if not morally) obliged to say that I work for Asda but I can honestly recommend the photo book service. Otherwise I'd just sit quietly and not say anything.

if you have a mac you can use iphoto to create and order a photobook. slightly pricey though.

aldi have a photobook service. it seems to be reasonably flexible, although i've not used it myself, as it seems to work best with a pc and windows.

Aldi's photobooks are printed on the same machines, they are just a trimmed down version, without the price being any lower. Our FotoInsight Designer software is very flexible and the feedback from customers about the photo books is great.

When I follow the link it seems to take me to My Cewe Photobook rather than FotoInsight? Are they the same thing. I've used the Cewe one through Jessops last year which I admit I did like and have used since.

I would definitely go with thephotobookstore to create all my photo book needs including wedding albums canvases and calanders. I think the quality is alot better than photobox and blurb even tho i do like jessops. They also do a very high quality leather hand made binding which is perfect for wedding albums. Highly recommended
