Metal grid - wet/grease down !

You do seem to be riding very close to the curb - get a good 1 metre out !

Deffo the manhole/grid - you should be further out, and try not to ride over them as they are nasty.

What everyone else said. Although I once found myself on the floor despite being well positioned on the road, no potholes, manhole covers, no traffic. Still can't work out how it happened.

You also need to be very careful riding at 3/4 position at the side of vehicles (the taxi). You're potentially in his blind spot.

No you misread it.It says my first fixies frame ended up fractured here,this is my second fixie.
