Can you incriminate yourself on youtube?

There's some crazy stuff on Youtube but it doesn't always lead to prosecution. One famous example (leading on from the comment above which I think is referring to the Black Prince's circuit of the Peripherique in Paris) is Ghost Rider's Uppsala Run.

I've not figured out how to post Youtube links but if you search Ghost Rider the Uppsala run comes as the second link I think. Stockholm to Uppsala at just gone 10am - 68km in 14 minutes and 31 seconds, average speed 281 km/h. He can't get done for it because in Sweden they have to catch you in the act - afterwards is no good.

I'm not condoning it - but he's an extremely skilful rider and there's some pretty crazy stuff in there. I believe he's a Swedish stunt rider and ex-racer.
