can you name this bike?

Hi there, im looking at this bike (see link) at the minute on ebay, but i cant seem to find any information on it at all and the owner dosent have any either!
Can any kind peson help me out? id like to know what make it is, gender, year? i quite like 'vintage' bikes at the minute, but my knowledge is not quite up to scratch!

Well the make seems to be Jaguar, there is a tan one on treasurenet.com. I did a Google search for jaguar folding bike, the head badge says Jaguar. The thread said something about German folding bikes. Am on my phone but can't attach a link. I think the the treasurent link was on the first or second page of Google search results.

If I had to name it, I'd call it a Percival or maybe Brian if it was a little more up to date. What does the owner call it? Gender wise, questionable, but probably male with that colouring.
