Cant get V brake calipers to be the even

Hi. I tried using different configuration for the brake pads and I can't get the v brake calipers be even.

I even used this configuration for both sides as I have the same size brakes.

There should be a little screw up near the pivots on each side to balance return spring tension and centre the calipers.
