Cant open my emails in Hotmail

When I try to open my emails in hotmail absolute zip happens - other than a blue cicle spinning round.

My Gmail and GMX mail work fine.... any ideas

As you might have gathered i'm not exactly computer savvy. Thanks.

Possibly need to clear your cache files.... 'tools' menu, internet options, 'general' tab, press the delete button

I think Hotmail may have been performing some class of technical operation over the last couple of days as I have found access somewhat patchy.
