Did the software update.

Now the SOS system warning is back. Scanned again, backup battery now at 0%, so presumably the battery itself is borked. New one ordered, 40 squid.

Further update on electrical error. Think I traced it to the Intelligent Battery Sensor connector on the negative terminal. Sprayed electrical cleaner on each end of the plug and socket on two occasions. Dealer did scan for errors when it went in for service but couldn't find it. It's not thrown an error for two weeks so I think I've sorted it. L
