I like motorhomes. I toured the East Coast of Australia in one, it was great.

I saw a very few minutes of it, surely one pair (no idea which) should immediately lose points, as they (both) had the seat-belts fastened behind them, & thus not restrained

(seems unlikely that both would have medical exemptions)

I rarely watch TV, but have been following this for a couple of weeks. I have no idea why I found it so enjoyable, as I hate caravans and formal campsites. I think it must be because I love eccentric people.

IMO the right couple won.

Gren the Chairman of the Caravan Club is my neighbour. I was talking to him at the weekend about it all and he said that it was good fun to do, and that hopefully more people would get into caravanning.

As an aside, as the chairman he doesn't half get some trips. A couple of years ago he went to Dubai for some big old shindig involving F1 cars etc all free!
He is a top bloke too.

I was flicking through the channels and started watching this to me dismay but it was one of those I have started and now I am hooked type programs.

Oh and the gut and his mum were hilarious especially when he got the photo albums out.

An hour of my life I will never get back.

I cycled the east coast: well, from Sydney to Adelaide.

I'd love to go back and spend months/years slowly meandering around the Australian interior/coast in a camper van.
