Carbon Bike on the Turbo?

Well, I work on an aircraft which uses a whole host of carbon and other composites. They're used on some very intricate and very flight critical components. They're fairly shite to be honest. So I imagine a bike from a reputable manufacturer would be of the same standard at the very least, if not higher.

My sons next door neighbour was once married to this rocket scientist, let me tell you that 'down the pub' there
is no more boring person than a rocket scientist other than a brain surgeon sheesh. Anyway he said that it all depends on material type, resin type, same curing, same temperatures, same pressures but since it was his round I just took another lime flavoured crisp and nodded

Yeah, they're definitely not made to any aerospace standards, or anything. They might as well use cardboard....
