Carbon frame with paint chips

Hi I have found for sale a frame in my size, I would like to buy ot but there are some big paint chips, are these merely cosmetic, or more serious?

It looks like the bottle cage got caught by something and twisted the whole seat tube around the bosses. I would avoid that one personally, the carbon layers could be delaminated. If you get a chance, tap the area all over with a key or a coin, see how it sounds. A dead sound rather than a nice ping would indicate that. How much do they want for it? If you can get for an extremely low price as its a write off, you could contact HQ Fibre in Norwich for a quote to repair it.
