cardiff bus apology

i sufffered the dangerious driving of a cardiff bendy bus last week during my lunch hour and called it in to their office from work when i got back.

i was particularly surprised because they are usually quite considerate.

to my amazement i got a letter of apology a few days later.

i did supect that it was a standard form of words in the letter, but it was gratifying to get an apology.

Not surprised by that, i work in the industry and know a few of the managers at Cardiff, they are a well run company :-)

Cardiff buses are generally better behaved on the roads than some of the companies running coaches on the same routes
