Cardiff - new bike shop

Was in House of Fraser (Howells) in Cardiff city centre last Sat and spotted they are fitting out a bike dept where the tv dept used to be.
They had a couple of Specialized and Cannondale road bikes as well as hybrids and mountain bikes, including a Focus mountain bike.
Will be interesting to see what they stock in terms of accessories etc, given the paucity of bike shops in Cardiff any new shop is welcome.

Ok maybe it’s not as bad as that


Just having visited a lot of towns and cities lately, I seem to spot bike shops on every corner. Plus I remember when there were several in the city centre (even Halfords was useful for picking up stuff in your lunchbreak)

I doubt Howells would be any use for picking bits up during lunchtime, they are probably just after the same segment as John Lewis, new bikes, new helemt , thank you very much sir, any problems got to your LBS/
