Cardiff to Bangor

Thought I'd share this. One of my mates just sent me this vid, couple of his friends went from Cardiff to Bangor in one day and made a short vid about it.

Thats an impressive ride to do anytime but especially in winter. I take my hat off to the guys.

Great video too. I imagined the distance was further, I think it must be all those hills that make rides seem longer in Wales. I recognised Bwlch Oerddrws (the biggest climb in the vid - I've done it myself, and felt for the guys), Dolwyddelan castle and the ride up the Ogwen Valley past Tryfan, as well as a 'typical mid-Wales town'.
An idea for a future CC ride, eh Banjo?

Amazing ride and video and as my wife would say "must be mad" especially in the adverse weather. Just wish I could ride that far in a day!
