This is my ex commuter /winter bike a Carrera Virtuoso , frame sticker says 19 " , i measured 52 cm ctr to ctr on the top tube .
I run this at 69 cm saddle height and a 100 mm stem , 170 mm cranks
I have upgraded the brakes and Rear derailleur to sora with 2300 shifter, 8 speed cassette and chain were changed less than 2 months ago .
Bottom Bracket and headset have been replaced in the last 6 months and handlebar tape is only a few months old which is Spesh Phat as i have a trapped nerve so i found this really helps with comfort .
Wheels are CXP 22`s which came with my boardman .
Brakes and rear shifter recabled recently
Stock cheap saddle on atm as everyone has their own preferred perch.
Continental gator skin tyres.

Now the bad stuff .......
Frame has usual marks from riding and mudgaurds scratches but nothing structural
Front derailleur cable has a few strands loose by clamp but is sound .
I am asking for £150 collected or £170 posted , no pedals but i can stick some flats on for free or some white M530 double sided for another £10 .
