Steve Bell, though i don't buy the paper any more (I read it online for free... how's all that going to pan out, eh?)
Love Glen Baxter, though I sort of overdid it, and I need a while off before i find it funny again...
Gary Larson - the far side.... ditto what I said for Baxter
Clare in the community... raises the odd chuckle, but better done by Modern Parents in Viz (which, despite my forum name, I haven't actually bought or read for well over a decade!)

I'd not read it in ages, but I was pleased to see that Max Cannon's very dark "Redmeat" was still going;

Another Doonesbury fan here. Also love xkcd and Dilbert has its moments though is quite variable.

Older stuff that's no longer been drawn but is well worth reading includes Calvin and Hobbes, Peanuts, and a whole host of others I can't bring to mind right now.

Gemma Bovery - and many other Posy Simmonds cartoon stripperies I liked as well - there are so many angles to this humour business...aren't we lucky?;)
