cassettes

just a quick question,
i am going to buy a new set of wheels, along with a new cassette ( so i can have a cassette on each wheel). My current cassette is an 8 speed 13-26. so if I buy a new cassette, must it be 13-26, or can it be 12-25? ( still 8 speed of course)

12-25 will be fine

You can have any range you like as long as rear mech can handle it; but certainly 13-26 or 12-25 will be fine.

However, the chain may not be happy on 2 different cassettes!
