Castelli's "Contact Us" form - useless!

Been trying to send a technical question to Castelli via their Contact Us form and the captcha test is impossible - I must have tried about 40 times before I gave up. There's either a picture of some numbers or a bad sound recording of some voices saying numbers. No matter how many times you try, your message is rejected. Has anybody succeeded in making it work or has anybody got a real email address for Castelli?

Sod them, I will buy another brand instead.

I got tired of queuing to contact eBay support. Eventually, I discovered that disabled customers and customers who are hard of hearing can use a contact form instead, so I did! (Well, my hearing is not brilliant ... )
