Just changed my tyres back to the origonal 26x 2.2d Bontangers. Went to reset the cateeye and the size isnt shown. I have followed their instructions and this gives me a setting of 2080, , does that seem about right as the listing for 26x2.35 is 2083 .

measure the wheel by lining up the valve with a chalk mark, roll one revolution and then measure the distance. 3mm over 2.08m is not that much. If not that bothered stick in 2080 and you will be ok
 
Im never sure with these computers, what i usually do is set it up in line with the instructions. Then when out with friends I check mine against theres over the course of a ride, although its never exactly the same its usually extremely close.
Not too scientific I know, but close enough

on my last tour I also had a GPS and spent many a happy hour resetting the wheel size until the readout from the computer was identical to the GPS....

I use 2080 for my 2.25" tyres
