Hello everyone, I'm new to the board and I was hoping a bit of help advice could be provided.

I have recently bought a Cateye TL-AU 100 rear light, however it only comes with a seat post bracket and I was hoping to mount it on the back of a rear pannier rack.

It appears that this bracket does the trick:

Does anyone know if this will do the trick?

    Thanks

Yep, certainly will - if your pannier has got the screw holes on the back then should be fine. I've got a Cateye TD1100 mounted on my rack using one of those.

It'll work with the LD270, as the bracket is in the back rather than underneath.

    Not sure about the LD260.

Thanks for the advice everyone, looks like a yes then.

I think your right about it probably not working with the LD260 as it appears to have a horizontal bracket underneath, where as the TL-AU 100 has a vertical bracket on the back.
