I particularly noted the paragraph at the end about a copper getting caught driving dangerously by another cyclist... got 'lack of evidence' written al over it.

I've been interviewed for a few things recently. And I stress when ever I can that cycling is perfectly safe and that any videos of careless or dangerous driving are in the extreme minority. They just stand out more than the good drivers.
