Most of the eastern Scottish event organisers will be on these rides at some point.
Not sure about whether Russell, who organises the More Passes Than Mastermind, will be there but Neil who organises Three Glens seems to go to most of them.

I'll look out for you. I think the next ride is on 2 November but I can't find details on the FB page for some reason...

Sounds good, I'm not sure I understand what @Telemark plan is but I like the cut of her gib.

The plan is to have soup and cake at my place, but to keep the cycling part flexible until nearer the time. So we either go on a wee social ride from central Edinburgh before feeding time, or run it as a RV ride, where people turn up at the RV destination by bike, riding at their own pace from wherever they want to start (trains etc. permitted ). At this time of year, I think advertising a fully fledged social ride with no Plan B isn't entirely sensible .

I can make the 9th too... as long as you all promise not to laugh if I have a clipless 'moment'! I just got them fitted at the weekend and have yet to try them out (hopefully I'll have had a chance to practice before then)
