Pace your self there, do the ride as normal and burn of your excess energy on the way home (its all down hill, in global terms ;))
I think IIRC I went up to the first ride via Crossgates, Kinross, Glenfarg which is relatively flat and came back with @Seamab by Tulloch Road (Path of Condie).

I don't see my having any excess left for the way home lol

If the weather is like today I'll be giving it a bash, got the Perthshire challenge 100 in a few weeks so need the training lol

if i come i`ll be cycling up over over glendevon to dunning then up to perth.....am hoping to cycle home and if i do i`ll be coming over the dunning hill

I need to get over my fear of the ton......starting with very comfy shorts

when doing a century ride you just have to remeber to eat all the time, i take something to eat every 20 miles..plus te starav hunting gets lefty to another day, no point in killing yourself...also i like to try and keep my heart rate down for the firsthalf of a big ride
