Great ride out today although I was struggling a bit - don't know why. Nice one @Fubar for organising and @Louch for showing me a non lumpy way home. And everyone else for their company.

This has a number of benefits:

• it reminds you not to take it (and yourself) too seriously !
• it shows those around you that you are all right - if a little big embarrassed
• it encourages those around you to render assistance, without fear

** this presupposes that you have not been physically injured in the fall, obviously
