I'll be using the DAC, for better or worse, in the Revo.

The CXC would fit the bill, if I can overcome my misgivings about Cambridge.

I was similar in my view of Cambridge Audio, i'll just mention richer sounds do a 6yr super-care package for 10%, it's returnable if you don't use it.
