Chain Length

I am building a Pinarello Dogma 65.1 Think 2 CCF
i have 27t rear cassette and 50/34 front

I have bought a new chain for the build but im unsure how to work out the correct chain length

can anyone help me in this quest

That technique (round the large chainring and the large sprocket, not going through the rear derailer, then adding 1 inch) is what I use, BUT, as you'll notice from the left hand image, sometimes that will leave you with one inner link and one outer link. In that case just move to the next inner link longer, in other words 'round large and large, then one inch or one-and-a-half inches, then the split link'.

Take care with the routing round the rear derailer, it's easy to get caught out by the little tabs.
