I'm about to reduce the length of my chain from 55 to 53 links. The calculation was based on chainstay length, front chainring and rear cassette.
I read somewhere we should avoid to "break" the chain on the reinforced connecting pin which can cause damage to it.
How to identify that pin? Is there more than one?
