Chainring bolts

Are chainring bolts pretty standard in diameter? I need a set of five for a double and I see no-one specifies a diameter which is why I am checking. Ta!

I have chainring bolts from several different chainsets (some new, some up to 30 years old)
They all seem to be sufficiently similar diameter to fit in the same holes.
Length is a different matter - but you knew that didn't you ?

and yes, just to be clear I am aware of the different lengths, well, as far as double, single and triple are concerned.
