GrumpyGregry

Here for rides.
I don't generally leave until after 08h30 if riding in so as to get the benefit of the warmth. (and to avoid the worst of the nobber drivers at the far end an hour later)

Sit for a bit to "cool down" (lovely new a/c) drink a coffee and then shower.

I'm quite lucky in that I do stop sweating quite quickly

It's lovely pootling to the station in short sleeved t-shirt and cut-off trousers. Makes up for the winter mornings with extra layers.

Question was directed at all who contributed to the discussion.
I cycle 10 miles to work, It takes 45 minutes. I do stop at traffic lights and it is not hilly at all.
I take a shower before I leave home. I am usually bit sweaty when I get to work but just wipe off with a flannel is all that is needed.
