Change of route

From Monday onwards I'll have to change my route, Inverleith Row (northbound), Edinburgh will be shut Ah well, I suppose a change is as good as a rest now where's that map.

As you say HLaB, a change is as good as a rest. I have 2 different routes to work. Chop & change now and again just for the sake of it, a different view and to keep me on my toes and more aware, as doing the same route day after day, week after week can leave you with a false sense of security.

I recently change my route so that I could use a good road surface and ride the Roadie instead of the MTB. However a new construction site for a power station is underway and the road is full of small 'stone chippings' falling off the site supply lorries and spreading all over the road for a distance of about 15 Km. Looks like the MTB will have to be brought back into service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
