did this few weekends ago!
was a bit shocked the shimano BB fitting was so small, my special spanner wouldnt fit!
then remembered the plastic thingy that came with it. (hope its strong enough when coming to take it off)
anyway, very little difference noticed but i expected that. do feel better i've changed it and i've learnt something new too
