Changing groupsets

Hi, I have a 10 speed set up at the moment on the bike but I would like to upgrade every thing to the Sram red Hydro groupset which is 11 speed.
I have Sram Force and Avid BB7's on there at the moment, the bike is the Planet X XLS CX bike.
I know I can just stick the S700 shifters and calipers and possible have to upgrade the front deraulier to red which would be cheaper.

Don't you need a new rear wheel too - the 11 spds have a slightly wider freehub to accommodate the 11.
