Changing Handlebars

I've an awful set of wide bars on my Summer compared to my Winter bike, prefer the feel of the narrower ones and I am thinking of changing to a narrower set on the good bike. Is it a big job? Couldn't actually find anything on youtube, is there anything more to be done bar screwing the Shifters to the new handlebars and applying bartape & ends??

That's pretty much it - you'll probably need to re-index your gears too.

Yeah, just check cable lengths and be sure that you can still fit whatever bar furniture you choose to put on there
