Changing rotor disc

My mtb has giant mph Root hydraulic brakes, they are six bolt 160mm discs. The question is can I change the discs to any six bolt 160mm sized discs of other brands. Or do I have to buy hydraulic specific or giant mph specific discs?

No, any 6 bolt 160mm will be fine.
