What I meant Rich is that no one can be sure about what is being said about them when they are not present on chat.

If chat is going to be treated like one of the boards where everything has to be logged, quoted, analysed and then used against people...well that's not the point of chat is it?

We may as well just use P&L instead if that's going to be the case, the atmosphere on boards like that being one of the reasons we use chat in the first place.

Abusing folk behind a screen? Really? Most of us know a fair few folk from various CC meetings, so it's a bit like... OMG !

Dunno.. admin's done it for a reason - I don't use chat as I forget it's there.
