Last year I found a way to commute to work (by bike) that went door to door without ever going on a road. Over the past few months I've more or less had most of the paths to myself. Just the occational dog walkers to contend with.
However, now that the weather is slowly improving the chavs seem to be back out in force in the evenings again. There's now packs of them huddled together under the canal/railway bridges.
These groups are intimidating, but this isn't my problem. My problem is the HUGE amount of litter they drop. There is now glass, empty beer cans, various burn 'objects' and more worrying discarded needles everywhere.
What can I do about it?
I daren't walk through these tunnels anymore for fear of what i'm going to tread on let alone ride through them.
