Lidl sometimes have one in that gets good reviews. You can see the specification here (although it might be last year's as I know the current model has built-in Wi-Fi so you can use live view on your smartphone/iPad etc). At £79.99 it looks well worth a punt. I particularly like that it's waterproof to an impressive 60m, so should just about cope with Glasgow weather.
Last time I saw it in the stores was Oct/Nov this year and I should've bought one then but I'm sure it'll be round again soon, probably before the spring.
