Finished 2pm Wednesday, did my Xmas shopping yesterday, was out on the bike this morning, have the food shop to do tomorrow and hope to get a ride in Sunday. The only fly in the ointment is the cold I've picked up, the first one this year I think, my son had it first and it seems to be making its way round the family, the Mrs has a sore throat now.

Finished on Wednesday and dont return until Jan 3 but I have a large tender document that Ihave to prepare and return on Jan 5, it is about 2 days work, I should do it now but I just know I will leave it to the last minute and end up in a panic.

xmas starts tomorrow evening with the silver band performance at my local working mans club

Finished work yesterday about 4pm. Depending on child care arrangements I am off till either 2nd Jan or the 8th Jan.

I finished on August 3rd, 2007 and haven't done a days work since.

Likewise but August 2006.Unless you count ironing and cleaning and cooking as work.

finished yesterday at 14.00 all subbies were gone by 13.30 so a quick spin round site checking things were OK then out for drinks. 3rd day of drinks , and did 4 pubs. one was only going to be for a pee as i arrived at leytonstone. the red lion has some nioce christmas ales on and i ended up having another few pints.

Straight home, pot of tea then chilled !!!
Stayed in last night, no way I was going out on Mad Friday. Relaxing today then a mid afternoon stroll round to the local for a few drinkies and the footie on the big tellies.
No more work until the new year so a decent break.for me. Happy!
