Both do exactly the same thing, go to overtake at a bollard and nearly wipe the bollard out (thankfully not me). The first one then actually turns left behind me at the roundabout, thus meaning had he actually made it past me, he probably would have left hooked me.
The only reason I wasn't putting my bike through the windscreen of both cars is because, where as I normally check behind and move into central position, i didn't do it on this occasion and rode as "Joe Bloggs" would, because I wanted the footage for a driver education safety video and I wanted to show that you do not overtake cyclists just because they are not trained to be in an assertive position. So on this occasion, I was pleased to get the footage. Not bad for the first time I put my camera on the back of the bike, and both within 20 minutes of cycling. I'm thinking of leaving it there because I truly believe that if anything ever happens to me, it will come from behind. hope this link works as don't know how to upload a video from my pc.

Was that Emma Way?

Nasty driving, it really makes me want to get a cam, with this thread and the one last night it is covers you as a witness of what happened. I really need to start taking a more primary position approaching these islands on my route.

When they're actually BMWs.

One looked rather like a Golf. The other was a BMW MINI, the ideal car for people who think that driving is a PS3 game...

Utterly bizarre place to go for a pass... Coming into a junction and with a clear bollard between lanes.

This smacks a little to me of 'concentrating on something other than the road'.

Piss poor driving, I seen a similar incident some years ago in Hipswell Rd Coventry, on my way to work heading towards the Binley Rd slight down hill moving at 20-25mph, approaching one of the bollards there I'm aware of a car, I think it was a Polo, coming up behind me at speed, the driver gets along side me and realizes they are going to hit the bollard, at which point they brake and go right of the bollard, straight into the path of oncoming traffic forcing everybody to emergency stop, when the car eventually came past the other side of the small island they were almost up the kerb on the opposite side of the road.
