Well at least he was slightly aware or you would have found trouble,I had something similar to that coming off of Blackfriars Bridge a few months ago.Cab driver almost wiped me out.It's only because I caught something out the corner of my eye that I braked at the last second.I have it on film but have never posted it.

I have even more of a dislike of cab drivers now.

you kinda missed the point. i was purposely doing it so that they would be a nobber, i'd catch it on camera and put it in my safety video for work (as in "here's what not to do")

clearly underestimated your speed, had the same happen to me last week (I usually have a somewhat pleasant commute) yet I was travelling downhill at 30mph (in a 30 so no actual reason to pass) yet what do i see out of the corner of my eye as i near a bollard, a cars windscreen, argh! then I hear a screech and just hope the braking goes in my favour, I did however have the pleasure of turning around signally to the car driver to use his eyes and was met with an apolagetic hand up and mouthed "sorry" which was nice
