The link is 2 years old. The evenings don't get lighter until after 21st.

I know it's another few weeks until the shortest day, but I think there has been a noticeable difference lately. Maybe more the weather, but I think the evenings are certainly lighter.

That's total daylength - we do get an extra 30 seconds in the evening, as the sunrise is still getting later.
