I've worked in warehouses for years and never seen the racking go down like that, I've seen staged mock ups on training video's but not one thats gone down for real. They were lucky there weren't major casualties.

I avoided this thread. I thought it was about Middlesborough's contribution to the world's cuisine. The Chicken Parmo.

Vile. Utterly vile.

Imagine a pizza. Now ..............................

- take away the bread base, and replace with factory-fed chicken breast fried in breadcrumbs.
- take away the tomato sauce, and all those delectable toppings of your choice; and replace with a slab of cooling, solidifying "bechamel". Tasteless, textureless sludge.
- take away the gentle sprinklings of herbs, cheeses, and other delicate flavourings; and replace with an enormous pile of cheapest of cheap grated cheese, melted under the grill.

Just disgusting.

I tried kimchi last week for the first time. And EVEN THAT is preferable!
