I have a few marks on my old frame where the lock has chipped the paint down to the steel. Is there anything i can do about these marks or do i just have to live with them?!

Halfords do paint touch up kits, or just buy Humbrol enamel from a model shop.........

Yup. Enamel is the toughest repair, if you can get a colour to match.

Nail varnish is a good option too. If you can't match the colour then opt for clear - black shouldn't be a problem though.
